Branding
Show your own name, logo, colours, contacts and domain to your clients.
Your clients can see your brand instead of SMS YANU. No code changes are needed.
What you can change
| Item | Example |
|---|---|
| Brand name | Kwacha Texts |
| Tagline | Bulk SMS for Lilongwe |
| Logo and icon | An image URL, SVG or PNG |
| Main colour and accent colour | #0F766E, #FE6901 |
| Support email and phones | Your own support address, +265 99 000 0000 |
| Legal name | Your company name |
| Domain | sms.your-domain.mw |
How it works
- Themes are stored in the account service (yanu-auth).
- Each theme is tied to a domain. When a client opens your domain, the portal and dashboard load your theme and show your name, logo, colours and contacts.
- Any domain without its own theme shows the default SMS YANU theme.
- The SMPP portal reads the theme when it opens and applies it at runtime. Colours that are not safe are dropped, and a main colour too light for white text is darkened so text stays readable.
- The Branding page in the reseller portal shows what your portal shows now.
Get your theme set up
- Send Deltacomm your name, logo, colours, support contacts and the domain you want.
- Point your domain to SMS YANU as Deltacomm tells you (a DNS record).
- Deltacomm adds the theme and the TLS certificate for your domain.
For operators: themes are managed by a super admin on the Branding admin page of the account service (auth.smsyanu.com/admin/themes). See Adding a reseller.
Staff set themes
Resellers cannot edit their theme themselves yet. Deltacomm staff add and change themes on request.
