Tell us:
- your account email, or the bind
system_id, - what you tried and what happened,
- the time (Malawi time) and any error code,
- for the HTTP API, the
request_idfrom the error, - for SMPP, your public IP address.
Never send passwords or API keys. We will never ask for them.

If you got an SMS you think is spam or a scam from an SMS YANU sender, forward the sender name, the text and the time to [email protected].
