Accounts and sign in
Create an SMS YANU account, sign in and keep it safe.
You need one account. It works for the SMS dashboard and the SMPP portal.
Create an account
Go to app.smsyanu.com. You are sent to auth.smsyanu.com to sign in or sign up.
Choose Sign up. Enter your name, email, phone number (for example +265 99 000 0000) and a strong password.
Confirm your email and phone with the codes we send you.
You land on the dashboard. Your balance starts at zero. Add credit before you send. See Payments.
If you bought SMS from a reseller, your reseller creates the account for you. You get a sign-in link from them.
Sign in
- Sign in at auth.smsyanu.com. After sign in you go back to the page you came from.
- One sign in covers app.smsyanu.com and smpp.smsyanu.com.
- Sessions end after a period of no use. Sign in again when asked.
Keep your account safe
- Use a password you do not use anywhere else.
- Turn on two-step sign in (an authenticator app code) in your account settings.
- Never share your password or API keys. SMS YANU staff will never ask for them.
- If you think someone else has your password, change it at once and sign out of all sessions from your account settings.
Forgot your password
Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page. We email you a reset link. The link works once and expires after a short time.
To be confirmed
Sign-up fields, verification steps and the session length follow the final account service. Email codes start working once mail sending for smsyanu.com is set up.
